How should be allocate our time on learning the guitar? We think that a lot of short time everyday is better than a long time everday. What does it mean?
It has been proved that hunan beings' attention can just be kept in a certain period of time. For example, we maybe feel efficiency after learning the guitar for one hour.Under the circumstances, should we keep on learning? It is certainly that the answer is "Should Not" . Instead, we should rest or do somethings else for about 15 minutes to 30minute and then continue learning. We are sure that four times of 30 minutes are much better than 120 minutes lasting in one time.
On the other hand, we keep the same body gesture when playing the guitar. If we keep that gesture for a long time, accumulating through long years, it will be harmful to our body, so we should rest for while in every 30 minute, 45 minite or one hour when we learning the guitar. For a new learner, when the fingers are very painful, we should take a rest. It is inefficient with a painful finger.
